Have you seen this man?

Whilst on my training last week I kept bumping into this guy who I swear I know from somewhere, but can’t place him.
I decided to be sneaky and walk past with my phone dangling beside me so I could take a stealthy snap to identify him later. Sadly my timing was a little off, and I took the picture too late.
So if any of you can identify the guy who was sat just behind this corner, I’d be very grateful:
I also spotted this guy whilst at lunch one day. very sad. he seems to have lost both arms and grown large breasts where his armpits would be…
