Yes, that’s right, a Tuesday Challenge entry, from me, who hasn’t done one for aaaaaaages.

This weeks challenge to pick your best ever photo may not at first seem much of one, but it really is. Particularly if your nature is a self depricating one like mine. I sat and went through everything in my iPhoto library and reached the end without picking out a single photo. “Blast” I thought. All my photos are rubbish.

So I wen’t for a second pass picking out the almost-best ones and ended up with 27. Better, but now the opposite problem. I’m not sure I’m capable of picking out ‘the best’ anything when it’s my own work.

I got Sarah’s opinion and whittled it down to 17. Now I’m screwed cos I can’t pick from them.

[Edit] Thanks for all the comments helping me choose, both here and on facebook. I’ve now decided to go with this one as my entry for the challenge as it seemed overall the most popular.

It was our second annual holiday with our friends Owen & Lou. Last year they suggested we went to the Lake District, so this year we decided to take them to the cottage we stayed in last time we were in Wales.
